MISSION: To empower women to discover their calling and experience peace and self-fulfillment.

VISION
: To inspire every woman to recognize, accept, and fulfill her call to greatness.
  Interdenominational and Multi-faith

Although I am Christian, I invite and I am inclusive of women from all denominations and faith communities. I am not affiliated with or fully supported by any denomination or faith community. Because my focus is to empower women, I provide services open to women from all faiths and denominations. I do not see myself as an evangelist.  I preach and have worship experiences, which often have an evangelistic component. However, evangelism—bringing others to Christ—is not my focus. My focus is empowerment; therefore I assist churches and evangelistic ministries to empower women. My position is that the most effective evangelism is when others see Christ in how I live and treat others.
  Compassionate

In all that I do I seek to be compassionate about the needs of all women. I make every effort to make our services and products available to all women. For women without financial means I often provide barter, scholarships, or a sliding scale. I am also compassionate about the many women who have been violated, abused, or neglected by organized religion and/or a faith community.  In all services, I attempt to always be welcoming, non-intrusive, and non-manipulative-providing opportunities for women to have a fresh, creative, and innovative spiritual experience.
Womanist
In lay terms, a womanist is a black feminist. What does this mean for my approach to ministry? It means that I am committed to actively dismantling oppression along the lines of race, gender, and class. In order to successfully empower women I must be serious about the elimination of oppression everywhere. In the words of Dr. Martin Luther King: "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere."
  Committed to Social Ministry

I am intentional to speak truth to power and demonstrate a lived faith that is active in social issues, as Fredrick Douglas stated: "Power concedes nothing without a demand." I feel that to successfully empower women it is imperative that I am in the forefront of changing the systems that oppress women.
